Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Canada) — Free on orders over $75 | $7.99 flat rate under $75 | estimated 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Canada) — $14.99 | estimated 3–7 business days
- International Shipping — rates calculated at checkout | estimated 10–21 business days
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Velvaris is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
