Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Sale items and intimate/personal care products are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Start a Return Email us at support@velvaris.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges We offer hassle-free exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case Velvaris covers the cost.
